Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of DotTime — See time in dots (“DotTime”, “the app”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

The developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use DotTime on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (see Section 7).

2. DotTime Pro subscription

DotTime offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, DotTime Pro, which unlocks all premium skins and future skins. The following terms apply:

Plans & price: DotTime Pro is offered on a monthly and a yearly plan. The exact price is shown in the app before you purchase and in your local currency on the App Store.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing & cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free trial (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Restore purchases

If you reinstall the app or use a new device signed in with the same Apple Account, you can restore an active subscription using the “Restore Purchases” option on the subscription screen.

4. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The developer cannot directly issue refunds.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

DotTime is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Apple Standard EULA

Unless a custom agreement applies, your use of DotTime is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
